Return Policy

Our goal at Christine Gauthreaux Photography is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.  

In case of inclement weather, equipment failure or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Christine Gauthreaux Photography from photographing an event on a specific date, the customer will receive a refund of their deposit (as applicable).  No Refund wil be given if the client fails to attend the event on the day and time it was previously scheduled. 

Due to the nature of digital photography and since custom photos/products once printed or created cannot be returned to the professional lab, Christine Gauthreaux Photography has a strict no refunds policy.  Once a transaction has been completed it is considered non-refundable.  However, if the wrong photo or product is sent to the buyer as documented on the invoice, Christine Gauthreaux Photography will send the correct photo or product to the buyer free of charge. Refunds will not be given if the client doesn't "like" a photo that he/she has purchased.
